Definitely would recommend these guys are great ..My dog got sick and made a mess on my white suede couch, and got 2 of my oriental rugs covered in vomit and urine, I thought I was gonna be throwing it all out..I called greenpro and Howard the tech got back to me in minutes, and came the next day.. you can’t even tell there was a stain there! And smelled great after it all dried. As for the rugs they were cleaned offsite all was explained thoroughly about the 7-10 business day free pickup and delivery and about the hand washing/soaking area rug process i was set at ease knowing Greenpro rug care Had experience with handmade, hand knotted Persian silk rugs. These rugs were antiques and very expensive and they were saved they came back freshly shampooed and it was an all organic process I was most certainly impressed.. very professional and reasonably priced I would highly recommend them again and again !!
